[Use and maintenance]

1. For the first time using the iron pot, wrap a small cup of tea with a cloth and put it in the iron pot and cook with water for about 10 minutes (you can also use lemon slices directly into the iron pot to remove odor). In this way, the tannins contained in tea and the iron dissolved in the iron pot will form a layer of tannin iron film on the surface of the iron pot, which will be even more unsightly. After boiling, pour the water out of the pot and repeat 2-3 times until the water is transparent. It is recommended to use the new pot every day when it is first used, so that the scale can adhere quickly and prevent the iron pot from rusting.

2. When boiling water for tea, the amount of water injected should not exceed 80% (80%) of the pot capacity to prevent boiling water from splashing;

3. The kettle lifting beam is insulated, but the temperature of the kettle lid is high. When pouring the boiled tea, you should use a tea towel to fold the mat to hold the kettle lid to prevent hot hands;

4. Remove the stove in time after boiling and place it on the pot mat to prevent splashing or scalding the tea table top;

5. The pot is made of cast iron with flat bottom. It can be heated by gas, electric stove, induction cooker or charcoal stove. It is forbidden to use microwave oven for heating.

6. After use, be sure to remove water and tea, and dry the inside and outside of the iron pot with a soft dry cloth, and the filter can be cleaned with a soft brush, only use clean water when cleaning, do not use detergent (Black tea, green tea and other tea nets are best used separately, be careful not to smell.) At the same time, avoid using sharp, hard, metal utensils to brush the coating surface; avoid touching the inside of the iron pot with your hands.

7. When making iron tea, green tea, scented tea and Pu'er new tea, the water temperature should be 70-80 degrees (must be boiling water down to this temperature), Pu'er old tea can be brewed at high temperature as much as possible.
